Banquet Contract

Our banquets include a three course menu and additional Our package includes two appetizers, salad, and choice of three entrees, unlimited soda, coffee and tea. You can bring your own wine, and beer, as well as your own cake, cookies or pastries for the event. Room fee, set up and clean up of your private room is included in the package price. Use of our private patio will be additional. No live music is permitted. We do not offer a buffet style service, sit down dinner only.

BALANCE: Balance is due on this contract 10 days prior to function.

FINAL COUNT: Final count cannot be lower than original guarantee stated on contract. No allowance is to be given in case that minimum guarantee is not met.

FOOD: No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the Restaurant by either the person who is signing this agreement or one of their guests, without the consent of the Paisano’s Ristorante Banquet Manager. Any unfinished food prepared by Paisano’s Ristorante will not be wrapped to go.

SIGNAGE: Paisano’s Ristorante does not permit the affix of any signs, banners, posters, etc. to walls, floors or ceilings unless advance permission has been granted by Paisano’s Ristorante Banquet Manager.

CANCELLATION: If cancellation notice is received within (2) weeks prior to the event, there will be a penalty of full payment on minimum number of people guaranteed at minimum price ($30.95 per person)

I HEREBY UNDERSTAND THAT MY EVENT IS SCHEDULED AT PAISANO’S RISTORANTE. I ALSO UNDERSTAND THAT MY $300 DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE DUE IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING AND THAT NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED UNLESS THE ROOM IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME DATE BY A PARTY OF EQUAL OR MORE NUMBER OF GUESTS AND COST.

This contract shall not be binding unless approved and return within seven days from the date hereof and thereupon acknowledge as accepted by Paisano’s Ristorante Inc. Client, having read this agreement, accepts and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth by this agreement.
